Update Highlights Q3 2023

Dear RentSyst users,

In this article we prepared a quarterly update list of features that we added during July – September 2023.

✅ LIST OF UPDATES:

1. Terms & Conditions were updated.

2. New translation for system (Croatian language).

3. New WaterProof Tracker devices (FMM230).

4. Romanian translation improved and updated.

5. Updated Guide – Integration with JCC.

6. Integration with RentalCars Marketplace is no longer on Beta.

7. New Clips [manager_name] was added for Agreement.

1. Terms & Conditions were updated.

Terms & Conditions get new updates related to GPS tracking devices – added new paragraph 6.

2. New translation for system (Croatian language).

System was fully translated into a new language – please welcome Croatian language.

3. New WaterProof Tracker devices.

Now you can order WaterProof tracker devices in our company – FMM230.

It supports both LTE Cat M1 and NB IoT connectivity – reliable 4G connection with fallback to 2G (GSM) network.

4. Romanian translation improved and updated.

5. Updated Guide – Integration with JCC.

Instructions for JCC Payment System integration were refreshed.

Updated screenshots, also we added 2 main scenarios for integration and attached a JCC Application for Account registry.

6. Integration with Rentalcars Marketplace is no longer on Beta.

• Vehicle Mapping and all tests were fully completed. So now integration is working on both sides as for RentSyst and for Rentalcars as well.
• Fixed feature to get double-sided integration for calendar and fleet availability (means if car booked inside RentSyst, the same car will not be available for same booking date at Rentalcars, and vice versa)
• Fixed feature to get automatically receive reservations from Rentalcars inside RentSyst

After integration – all orders received from marketplace will be marked with Rentalcars logo (blue M icon):

7. New Clips [manager_name] was added for Agreement automation.

Now you can add clips with the manager and RentSyst will automatically put the responsible manager name on the Agreement.

8. Updated VOS Violation for Speed Graphic.

Now you can see and analyze speed graphic with valid date and time on it.

9. Updated Video Guide – Settings Guide for Trial.

10. Updated Video Guide – Vehicle Profile. How to add a new Vehicle?

11. Ability to refresh the count of ID for orders, etc.

Now you can send a request to our Support Team to refresh your ID for documentation, reservations, vehicles, etc.

12. Extended years for birthday dates in Customer profile.

We add a wider range of birth year selection in Customer Profile. Before you were able to select 2005 as a minimum year of birth. But what to do in case your Customer was born in 2007? Now it's possible to select it.

13. Visible Notes field in Customer profile.

For a long period of time the Notes section was hidden in the Customer profile and availability was only on the Edit stage. Now we update Notes and they are located now on the visible frame below the main Customer dashboard.

14. New permission features for Managers – hide Dashboard.

RentSyst Admin users have now a new option – select active or hide the main Dashboard menu as a permission for your managers.

15. Possibility to add Custom Price with zero for Taxes.

Sometimes may be cases when you have a Customer who is released from taxes. In that case - you can customize the order price to update your Tax price for zero.

16. Extend list of Vehicles and Reservations view per page.

Usability on Reservation and Fleet pages was improved so now you may see the more items on the page:

• 20 orders per page on Reservation Tab
• 50 vehicles per page on Fleet Tab

This will allow you to see more data on the page and generally view more information.
