New Features & Enhancements in RentSyst You Shouldn't Miss

As we wrap up the second quarter of 2025, we’re excited to share all the powerful updates and product improvements we’ve introduced to make RentSyst even more valuable for your rental business. Whether you manage a fleet of cars, vans, scooters, or heavy equipment — these updates are designed to streamline your operations, improve customer experience, and save your team valuable time.


1. Digital stamp for Agreement

We're excited to introduce a new option in RentSyst — the ability to add a digital company stamp directly to your rental Agreement.

What’s new:

  • Upload and apply your official company stamp
  • Automatically insert it into Agreements for customers
  • Ensures documents look professional, branded, and trustworthy

Where to find it:

Head to Settings > Documents > Agreement Template, and upload your digital stamp image.

This small feature adds a big layer of professionalism to your rental documentation — especially helpful for international clients and B2B rentals.


2. Mobile UX improvement: “summary” menu

Added visibility of the Summary (total information) menu during steps 3 and 4 of the booking process.

What’s been improved:

  • On mobile devices, the Summary block is now always visible as the final section just above the “Continue” button.
  • No more need to tap, open, and close a modal window just to see the total price.
  • Even if the “Summary in modal” option is disabled, the summary will still appear in a user-friendly format.

The Result:

A more seamless, transparent booking experience — making it easier for your customers to review pricing and continue their reservation without friction.


This enhancement helps increase trust and boost conversions on mobile.


3. New booking widget design

A brand-new horizontal search bar for the website booking widget is now available — a real game changer for clean UI/UX.

4. Old Booking Editor deactivated

As part of our commitment to improving usability and performance, we’re officially deactivating the old booking design module in the RentSyst WordPress plugin.

What’s changing:

  • The legacy booking editor (pre-October 2023) will no longer be available in the plugin settings.
  • Starting Q3 2025, all rental websites using the RentSyst plugin will default to the new Booking Design 2.0.

What you need to do:

Nothing! If you're already using the new booking design, no action is required.
If not — the system will automatically switch to the new version after the update.


5. Oxygen Accounting + myDATA integration (Greece)

For our Greek partners, RentSyst now connects with Oxygen Accounting, supporting automatic data submission to myDATA (the national tax authority system).

  • One-click invoice transfer to Oxygen
  • Fully compliant with Greek tax requirements
  • Faster reporting, less manual work

6. Xero Accounting integration (Global)

You can now seamlessly integrate RentSyst with Xero Accounting to automate invoice generation, payment tracking, and tax reporting.

7. Integration Enhancements: QuickBooks & Zoho Books

We’ve also made important updates to our accounting integrations to improve financial automation and reliability.
Updates already available for QuickBooks & ZohoBooks and all future Accounting integrations.

  • Improved mapping algorithm giving you faster and automated product sync
  • Smoother invoice syncing from closed rental orders
  • Error handling and connection validation enhanced

8. Performance boost & UI Improvements

Our engineering team delivered several backend improvements:
