In this article we prepared a quarterly update list of features that we added January - March 2024.
LIST OF UPDATES:
1. Button “Book demo” on Ticket desk
2. New Clips were added: [vehicle_vin], [customer_company_name], [customer_address].
3. New filter for orders – coupon name
4. Possibility to delete vehicle conditions photos from history
5. Export update – added new column Agents to the Reservation export
6. Timeline – added new statuses on chart (DONE)
7. Timeline – added Due Balance feature inside order chart
8. Order menu – added possibility to select responsible manager for order
9. New integration with payment gateway PayGate
10. Agents – possibility to apply default Sub Company for Agents
11. Updated translations for check-in error notifications
12. New payment methods were added – POS terminal and Crypto currency

QUICK REVIEW:
1. Button “Book demo” on Ticket desk
Now you may quickly request and book convenient time for a live demonstration with the Support department.
Simply go to HelpCenter – Tickets – and click on a Book demo button. You will be jumped to Calendar and here may select any convenient time according to your timezone.
2. New Clips were added: [vehicle_vin], [customer_company_name], [customer_address].
For your convenience we expend available clips and added few new:
[vehicle_vin] – possible automatically add vehicle vin number for Agreements and Email templates
[customer_company_name] – possible automatically add company name in case your customer is a Company
[customer_address] – possible automatically add customer address for Agreements and Email templates.
3. New filter for orders – coupon name
Now you may filter your reservations by specific coupon name. This is will allow you to track orders according to the different sales channels:
4. Possibility to delete vehicle conditions photos from history
Sometimes with a matter of time no need to keep and save old conditions how a vehicle looks 1 or 2 years ago. So now you may delete all non-actual photos from your vehicle history – conditions. Available only for Admin access:
5. Export update – added new column Agents to the Reservation export
6. Timeline – added new statuses on chart (DONE)
Finally you may track all closed reservations and service tasks directly on Timeline!
It is marked with green color.
7. Timeline – added Due Balance feature inside order chart
We added a new field Due Balance into the order section. It allow you track on Timeline if the order have complete payment or not:
8. Order menu – added possibility to select responsible manager for order
Now you may change the responsible manager directly in the order page in the Edit stage. This feature allows you to choose a manager more quickly and conveniently.

9. New integration with payment gateway PayGate
New integration available now — payment gateway PayGate with coverage of 30+ countries worldwide:

10. Agents – possibility to apply default Sub Company for Agents
Now you may apply and connect different booking pages directly with your different sub companies!
It allows you to receive an order and automatically apply for a necessary sub company, avoiding manual change from the default company.
11. Updated translations for check-in error notifications
Updated translations for notification errors during check-in process (16 languages).
Before notification show up in English, now its updated to language which you choose as main on General Profile settings menu.

12. New payment methods were added – POS terminal and Crypto currency
We added Cryptocurrency and POS terminal, so if you are using such payment methods you may enable them on main settings menu and offer for customers. This payment types also will be added for website, on your main dashboard and payments tab.
13. New filter for Payments tab – payment type
Now you may more faster navigate on Payments tab using new filter Payment Type — it allow you to choose and filter data by Deposit, Payment, Discount or Deposit Hold.
14. USA data picket format – updated for booking engine
Inside Booking Engine now you may directly choose format display separately for booking — AM/PM and MM/DD/YYYY.

15. Minimum/Maximum price per Extras.
Now you may select your minimum price per Equipment or Services, same as maximum price.
How it works:
For example, you sell additional equipment for at least 3 days with minimum price 50 euro.
If order duration is 1 day = customer pay 50 euro;
If order duration is 2 days or 3 days = customer still pay 50 euro.
Algorithm:
fixed price for min period + price/day = final price. Vice versa you may select your maximum price that will be fixed no matter how long order duration will be
