The most needed and useful tab — Statistic

Statistic is a convenient and informative report tab. It is Reports’s subsidiary tab from the main menu of car rental software RentSyst admin panel, which displays statistics on the work of the entire company in detail.

What does the Statistic tab consist of

All data can be easily viewed and grouped by the following indicators:

• Days. Statistics, costs, and profits on a specific day.
• Months. Statistics, costs, and profits for a specific month.
• Cars. Information about how many times one of the cars was rented, what profit it brought and how much money was spent on it.
• Customers. Identical information to the previous paragraph, but considering customers.
• Locations. The abovementioned data, but for locations added by the client in the settings.
• Groups of cars. If the cars are divided into groups, then you can see the reporting for each of them.

The reporting information in the Statistic tab is divided into four columns, each of which shows the following information:

• Rentals.
  Shows statistics on car rental. The number of reserved cars, as well as rented and canceled orders. The information provided is very clear and simple.
• Income.
  Shows the monetary equivalent of statistics from the Rentals column. Here you can see information about the amount of money from renting a particular car or the amount for a certain period. Profit information is available from additional services (child car seat, driver, etc.), from insurance or from car delivery.
• Expenses.
  A small column where you can see the maintenance costs by setting the necessary parameters.
• Profit.
  Net profit of the company, after deducting all costs.

The tab also allows you to export selected reports in CSV format. To do this, just click the corresponding button above the last column.

Why is the Statistic tab useful for car rental business owners

First and foremost you have all the statistics just on one screen, which is very convenient and informative. You don’t have to search for data in the documentation, manually compile it or hire people for this anymore. It’s enough just to set the required parameters and the report will be generated automatically.
