In this article we prepared a quarterly updates list of features that we added during April – September 2024.

1. Integration with new payment gateway Hitpay
Now all customers who have a Hitpay account can easily integrate with RentSyst. This integration will allow you the following:
HitPay payment gateway available in the following countries:
- Australia
- Canada
- Indonesia
- Malaysia
- New Zealand
- Philippines
- Singapore
- Thailand
- United Kingdom
- USA

2. Card authorization with Stripe payment gateway
This is a game changer.
RentSyst now supports card authorization through the Stripe payment system, enhancing the security and convenience of transactions for our users. More info – check this topic on Blog.
3. Improved ZohoBooks integration details
ZohoBooks released an update regarding Zoho Finance Applications' Domains For API Users. By this, from our side we also update domain policy and some other integration details for smooth usage of ZohoBooks accounting integration with RentSyst.
4. Possibility to delete maintenance payments
Now you’re able to remove old or invalid payments from maintenance orders.
Simply dive inside the edit stage for maintenance order, go to payment and click remove payment.
5. Sub company can be applied automatically for Agent
First, activate the Sub-Company module.
Next, in the Company setting tub, create your 2-nd company.
Then, when you edit or create a new booking form:
We add a new field where you may select for which company links this booking page by default:
6. Payment methods On/Off inside Booking Engine
Added a new feature inside Booking Editor, allowing you to separately disable payment methods directly for website reservations only.
Means, if you provide payment methods like cash, bank transfer or payment with cards, but you do not allow customers to choose on website cash or bank transfer, and leave only payments by card online – this features are designed exactly for such scenarios.
Feature available inside Booking Editor, step 4, click on Payment methods window to activate component settings for this frame:
Check the right side menu now.
As you may see from this sample, I'm proposing additionally make transactions with crypt, but I hide this method on website:
At the same time, this method will be still active on back-end side, when I add payments inside Admin panel
7. Documents type “Other”
Added a new type of document called “Other” for any specific or custom documents you would need to download for a customer's profile.
8. Odometer section added for Maintenance list preview
Added a new section with odometer info, when exactly the vehicle was on service with the exact odometer for service period.
9. Greek language translation for Admin panel was improved
We continue to improve localization inside the Admin panel, This time we updated the translation for the Greek language.
10. Spanish language translation for Admin panel was improved
We updated the translation for the Spanish language.
11. New video guides on YouTube channel translated with AI on Greek & Spanish
These updates are part of our ongoing effort to enhance the user experience and make RentSyst more accessible to a global audience.

12. Apply location for all fleet
When you add a new location – a new feature called “Connect all vehicles to this location” was added.
This is designed to apply a new location for all your fleet at once, instead to add later this new location manually for every car on your fleet.
13. Photo resolutions optimization for vehicle conditions
Some small updates with photo optimization on the server side, allowing you to download photos with big resolutions faster.
14. Locations & Delivery mechanics updated
Huge update, designed to rework old logic and provide you better experience with location mechanics & delivery fee calculations.

15. Extended delivery tariffs indicators inside vehicle profile
Now inside vehicle profile you may see all fees related to available pickup or return locations:
16. Timeline updates – added vehicle color indication
For better navigation – added color mark for vehicles directly inside Timeline:
17. Timeline updates – added search field
Added search bar for better navigation to find vehicles by Brand, by Model, by plates number.
18. Insurance percent indicator - formula increased for 200%
Now you are able to mark 200% indication raise for Insurance with percent calculation type.
