Integration with Broker – meet KeyGo Spain (Tenerife, Canary Islands)

We’re adding a new regional distribution channel to RentSyst: KeyGoSearch.

If you run a fleet in Tenerife or elsewhere in the Canary Islands, you can now list your vehicles on KeyGoSearch through the RentSyst Broker integration — without maintaining a second calendar by hand.

1. Who is KeyGo?

KeyGoSearch is a car rental search and comparison platform operated by KeyGo Spain S.L., focused on Tenerife and the wider Canary Islands. It isn’t a rental company – it’s a comparison layer between travellers and local suppliers, and it currently compares offers from more than 20 rental companies on the island.

A few things worth knowing before you connect:

• A focused regional market. Instead of competing for attention on a global marketplace, your fleet is shown to travellers who are specifically searching for a car in Tenerife — mostly arrivals at Tenerife Sur (TFS) and Tenerife Norte (TFN) airports, plus resort areas like Costa Adeje, Playa de las Américas, Los Cristianos, Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz.
• Transparency-first positioning. KeyGo shows deposit, excess, insurance level, mileage policy, fuel policy and accepted payment cards next to the price, before the customer books. Suppliers with clear, honest conditions tend to convert better on this channel than those competing on headline price alone.
• You stay in control. Partners remain fully responsible for their vehicles, availability, pricing, conditions and bookings. KeyGo presents your data — it doesn’t override it.
• Optional delivery service. KeyGo also runs a hotel/apartment delivery service in selected Tenerife zones, which can extend your reach beyond customers willing to travel to your office.

The takeaway: it’s a small, targeted channel rather than a volume marketplace — and that’s precisely why it works well for local Canary Islands operators.

4. Real-time sync. Fleet, rates, availability and rental conditions are delivered from RentSyst automatically through the Broker API — no duplicate data entry.
5. One place to manage everything. KeyGo reservations land in your RentSyst Orders list alongside your direct bookings, so you keep full visibility across all channels.

3. How to connect?

Setting up the integration involves two parts: applying as a KeyGo partner, and enabling the channel inside RentSyst. Please note upfront, as KeyGo states on its partner page: not every RentSyst company is automatically connected. Availability varies by region and fleet, and each connection requires review and configuration.

Step 1. Apply as a Partner

1. Go to the KeyGo partner page.
2. Contact the KeyGo team at [email protected] and tell them you’d like to join as a partner. Include your company profile and note that you work with RentSyst and want to connect through the Broker integration.
3. KeyGo reviews the information and determines the most appropriate connection method for your setup.

💡Tip: Prepare your conditions in detail before you write. KeyGo’s entire product is built around presenting them accurately, so the clearer your data, the faster the onboarding — and the better your listings will perform.

Step 2. Enable on RentSyst

1. Log in to your RentSyst account and go to Settings → Integrations & Agents.
2. Open the Brokers tab and find KeyGo in the list. Click Send request to KeyGo.
3. Once KeyGo approves and configures your connection, the badge turns green — the integration is live and your eligible inventory becomes available to KeyGoSearch users.

Step 3. Publish and verify

Your fleet, locations, rates, availability, rental policies, extras and insurance are delivered to KeyGo automatically through the RentSyst Broker API. Mapping happens on the broker’s side.

Recommendations:

1. Run a search on KeyGoSearch for one of your Tenerife locations and check that the right vehicles, prices and availability appear.
2. Verify that your conditions are displayed correctly — deposit, excess, insurance, mileage, fuel and card requirements. On this platform these fields are as important as the price.
3. Create a test booking and confirm it lands correctly in your RentSyst Orders list — right vehicle group, dates, location and rate.
4. Track channel performance separately using Orders → Filter → Broker source: KeyGo.
